Open the account page on Windows 11
On a Windows 11 computer, account access can be handled through a standard web browser. Open the browser from the taskbar, Start menu or desktop shortcut, then select the address bar. Enter the relevant website address and press Enter. Allow the page to finish loading before selecting an account option.
If the page presents a sign-in option, select it to reach the existing-account area. If an account has not been created, select the registration option instead. These choices normally appear in the page header, menu or main account area. The wording and position can vary between desktop layouts, so look for a clearly labelled account control rather than selecting unrelated page elements.
Use the desktop navigation
A compact header menu may be available near the top of the page. Select the menu control if the account options are not immediately visible. On a wider Windows 11 display, the full navigation may already be expanded. On a smaller browser window, some items may be grouped under a menu button.
After opening the account area, review the page heading and available fields before continuing. A sign-in page may show fields for existing account details, while a registration page may show a separate account-creation flow. Use the option that matches the account stage you are trying to reach. If the wrong area opens, return to the previous page and choose the other account control.
Check the browser view
If an account page does not display as expected, confirm that the browser window is connected to the intended website address and that the page has loaded fully. Refreshing the page can restore missing navigation elements. Maximising the window may also make a desktop header easier to read.
Browser zoom can affect how menus and account controls appear. Use the browser’s standard zoom controls to return the page to a comfortable view, then check the header again. Avoid selecting repeated controls while the page is still loading. If a new page does not open, use the browser’s back control and try the account route once more.
Move between account areas
The desktop navigation may also provide separate sections for Windows, Android, iOS, mobile browser, games, slots and frequently asked questions. Select the section that matches the information you want to view, then use the account control in the page header or menu when you are ready to return to account access.
